NSRF It’s Our Only Earth Day 5K

Overview
The It’s Our Only Earth Day 5K is an NSRF Goodwill Series race at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, timed to coincide with Earth Day and leaning into the occasion with purpose. The course runs through the tree-lined bike paths inside the park, which is a nicer backdrop than your average road 5K, and the whole thing has an environmental awareness angle that gives it a bit of personality beyond just the race itself.

It’s the USATF certified Eisenhower Park loop at Field 2 — flat, fast, and familiar. Free Kiddie Dash at 8:30, main 5K at 9:00. Virtual option available April 18-26. Post-race refreshments from All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Bib mailing available for $10 if registered at least 10 days out. 100% of donations benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation.
